Communicating complex cardiovascular science to physicians is critical to advancing patient care. Yes& CommCore coached Novartis Pharmaceuticals’ medical specialists to deliver clear, compelling presentations. Together, we enhanced Novartis’ peer-to-peer medical education.
Novartis had developed a highly scientific, case-based program called Patient Integrated Learnings (PILs). In the program, specialists presented the latest medical research on cardiovascular disease to other medical professionals. These presentations required a specialized set of communication skills: making detailed clinical data accessible and engaging for expert physician audiences in interactive, small-group settings.

We didn’t provide generic presentation skills. Instead, our custom presentation training addressed the specific demands of communicating complex medical science to physicians.
Our program was implemented nationwide at significant scale. We trained more than 5,000 physicians in 250 workshops in 25 cities.
